Aim

The workshop aims at gathering the various actors of the University Paris-Saclay (extended) in biotissue and biofluid characterization and imaging, from cells to organs, to share states of research and to promote scientific exchanges in the field.

In the morning, the workshop will focus on general introduction of groups, teams, and research units who work on biomechanics and mechanobiology at Paris-Saclay and NewUni.

Lunch time will be opened to poster presentation on tissue characterization.

In the afternoon, oral presentation of submitted works will be given around the four theme axes of the workshop:

  1. Bio-inspired materials and tissue engineering
  2. Multiscale and multiphysics models
  3. Tissue characterization
  4. Flow characterization

An open discussion on wishes and perspectives will close the workshop.

Breakfast at 9:00, buffet at 12:30 and running coffee and tea all day long, the PROTO204 is looking forward to these upcoming exchanges,

The Organization committee: Jean-Marc Allain, Abdul Barakat, Elisa Budyn, Bertrand David, Jean-Luc Gennisson, Xavier Maître, Claire Pellot-Barakat, Stéphanie Pitre-Champagnat, Dima Rodriguez et Elsa Vennat
